Shipping Policy

We ship our office and hotel coffee products to the 48 continental United States. Sorry we cannot ship to a Post Office Box, we must have a physical address for your Shipping Address. Orders are normally shipped the next business day. In the event that a backorder occurs or we are unable to ship your order in this timeframe you will notified by the email address or telephone number given when you placed the order.


Return Policy

Please contact our Customer Service Department for returns or exchanges at:
1-216-391-4004 (8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday Eastern Time).

Claims for errors or shortages must be made within 48 hours after the receipt of goods. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the receipt of goods. No goods may be returned without seller's permission.
Please inspect your products upon delivery. If product is damaged during shipment, please save all packaging and contact American Coffee Services so that a claim may be filed.
